The American Assn. of University Women is looking for a few good men. Anne Yu, vice president of the Nebraska chapter of the AAUW, said the national organization voted last week in Houston to allow men to join the formerly women-only group. There are no longer any membership exclusions based on race, color, religion, ethnic origin or sex, Yu said in Grand Island, Neb. She said the group feels the decision to admit men is consistent with the mission of promoting equality for women.
