Union Bank Tower Opened on Oxnard Site
Union Bank Tower, at 22-stories described as the tallest office building between Woodland Hills and San Jose, has opened at Esplanade Drive and Vineyard Avenue in Oxnard.
Located in Oxnard Financial Plaza, the 311,330-square-foot building was developed by Oxnard-based Martin V. Smith & Associates. According to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, the tower is 60% pre-leased or in advanced negotiations.
Architect for the tower was Ebbe Viderikson & Associates, of Sherman Oaks, and Peck-Jones, of Beverly Hills, was general contractor.
