Harold Parrott, long-time Dodger employee who was serving as ticket manager when the club moved to Los Angeles, died of cancer at 79 in West Nyack, N.Y. Parrott joined the Dodgers as traveling secretary in 1944 and left them in 1966 to join the San Diego Padres. He later worked for the Angels as promotion director.
