Orange : Guard Dog Dies in Burning Warehouse
A guard dog inside a warehouse that caught fire early Sunday died of smoke inhalation, but no people were injured in the brief two-alarm blaze.
The fire in the warehouse, located in the 1700 block of North Neville Street, was reported at at 3:56 a.m. and was brought under control at 4:26 a.m., according to officials with the Orange Fire Department.
Damage was estimated at $30,000 to the warehouse structure and $5,000 to the contents. Officials said the origin of the fire remained under investigation Sunday.
