2 Tropical Depressions Nearing Storm Velocity

MIAMI — Hurricane forecasters Sunday were watching two tropical depressions nearing storm force in the Caribbean and South Atlantic. Top winds of both systems at noon were estimated at 35 m.p.h., slightly under tropical storm strength of 39 m.p.h.
