Smith Deserves More Than One-Game Tryout

USC gets a proven and experienced coach in Larry Smith and no sooner does he lose his first game (against a nationally ranked team in its own stadium), than out comes the pathetic collection of so-called fans to criticize.

If “loyal” fans really want USC to win, let Smith do what he has proven he can do and file your comments under “Robinson will never win like McKay.” Ironically, it will be these hypocrites who will praise Smith after a Rose Bowl win, just like they did Robinson.
