A 2-year-old Ohio girl died after she was mauled by two dogs that broke loose from a neighbor’s yard, authorities said. Ferguson, live had circulated a petition trying to force Ferguson to leave the area after the two dogs attacked Shannon’s cat two weeks ago. The cat was put to sleep after the attack.
