‘HOTEL’ EPISODE WINS MEDICAL AWARD
A “Hotel” episode that dealt with eating disorders has won an award for the ABC series from the Northridge Hospital Development Assn. “Hotel” star Connie Sellecca and executive producers Aaron Spelling and Douglas S. Cramer will receive the association’s Eating Disorders Prevention Awareness Award at a black-tie gala tonight at the Beverly Hilton.
The medical center is recognizing the positive impact last December’s “Pressure Point” episode had in increasing public awareness of eating disorders and their life-threatening consequences.
