General Mills Corp. is buying up to 28 Seafood Broiler restaurant sites in California. The Minneapolis-based company said it has signed an agreement in principle with Accor, a France-based hotel and food service company, to purchase the sites. The Seafood Broiler restaurants would be converted to General Mills’ Red Lobster restaurants by April.
