South County : Moulton Parkway to Get 3 New Traffic Signals
Because of increased traffic problems in south Orange County, the Board of Supervisors has approved three new traffic signals for busy Moulton Parkway.
The signals will be installed along Moulton Parkway at Calle Aragon, at Via Lomas and at Pacific Park Drive.
Supervisor Thomas F. Riley of the 5th District said the new signals are needed to improve access to Moulton Parkway, one of the primary roads for residents of Laguna Hills and Leisure World.
The estimated $272,884 cost for the signals will be paid out of the county’s road fund. They are scheduled to be in operation next May.
