Glendale Dominates WSC Soccer Awards

Wahyu Tanoto was named player of the year and Joe Agoston coach of the year as Glendale College swept Western State Conference soccer awards. Frank Ortega, Tod Schaus, Bill Eden and Dan Postinett all were first-team, all-conference choices.

Second-team selections include Jorge Mena, Salvador Rivera, Mohammad Mazlomian, Ricky Turner and Mike Desparo. Steve DeGooyer and Steve Medina made honorable mention.

Glendale won its second consecutive conference title this season.
