The L.A. Rock Empire
As a lawyer who has dealt extensively both on the same and opposite side of music lawyer L. Lee Phillips, I was deeply disappointed in the magazine’s publication of years-old, malicious remarks made by long-surpassed competitors of Phillips. If Phillips “lights up a room by leaving it,” it is because his intellectual prowess and dedication to his clients cast a giant shadow over his competitors.
