Priscilla Presley says she doesn’t have time to get involved in a legal battle over the use of Elvis Presley’s name. Presley said as much in an affidavit sent to British promoter Sid Shaw, who is fighting a suit filed by Elvis Presley Enterprises over use of the singer’s name by his company, Elvisly Yours Inc. The late rocker’s ex-wife says she’s far too busy caring for her 9-month-old son, Navarone, filming “Dallas” and working on a miniseries based on her book about Elvis.
