David L. Dworkin, who in November resigned unexpectedly as president of Neiman-Marcus stores, has been named president and chief executive of Bonwit Teller. In that role, he will oversee a revitalization and expansion of the specialty chain, which was bought by Australian real estate developer Hooker Corp. earlier this year for $101 million.
