Frank S. Berger, 49, has been named vice chairman, joint CEO and a senior partner of Majestic Wine Corp., the San Francisco-based firm that recently acquired the 104-store Liquor Barn chain. Berger, who most recently was chairman and president of Hazel Bishop Cosmetics, also becomes executive director of Majestic Wine Warehouses Ltd., a wine and spirits chain in the United Kingdom.
