Computervision Corp. announced that it is conducting negotiations with Natick, Mass.-based Prime Computer Inc. with respect to an agreement that would let Prime acquire Computervision for $15 per share. Bedford, Mass.-based Computervision had earlier failed to block Prime’s hostile takeover bid in court. Analysts have said Computervision could not find a friendly buyer.
