Technician Held on Suspicion of Murder
A citizen’s tip led to the arrest of a 21-year-old video technician Wednesday in connection with the Jan. 22 slaying of a Mira Mesa teen-ager, police said.
Mark Radke was arrested without incident at 3:30 p.m. in his Mira Mesa home in the 1800 block of Flanders Drive, San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson said.
Radke was being held in County Jail downtown on suspicion of murder.
Robinson said an informant and physical evidence led police to Radke.
Jeffrey Vance Rudiger was found stabbed to death shortly after 9 a.m. in the parking lot of an office building at 10415 Mesa Madera.
