Turner Broadcasting System Inc. reported a loss of $27.2 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 1987, on revenue of $193.1 million, compared to a loss of $65.9 million, on revenue of $155.9 million for the year-ago period. The Atlanta-based maker of independent television programming said its fourth-quarter earnings included a credit of about $10 million resulting from copyright fee income, which had been the subject of litigation.
