SDC Development Buys 31 Acres Business Center
SDC Development Corp. Inc., of Newport Beach, has paid $9.8 million for 31 acres of land in Corona that will contain a 500,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail and industrial center.
The first increment of the two-phase McKinley Freeway Commercial Center will be ready in October, according to the leasing agent, Grubb & Ellis. Located off the Riverside (91) Freeway at McKinley Street, the first phase will contain four industrial buildings with 260,000 square feet of retail and industrial space.
First-phase tenants will include Furnishings 2000, Behr Window Fashions, Kids Room and Rattan and Wicker West.
