Why is it that men instill in us the belief that we somehow provoke or ask to be raped or attacked? Rape is a very violent, powerful and non-sexual act. No woman in her right mind asks for it. Until men stop believing that, we will continue to walk in fear. It’s good to hear that a woman can survive.
