Canada Ousts 17 Soviets for Spying

TORONTO — The Canadian government has ordered the expulsion of 17 diplomats from the Soviet Union on charges of industrial espionage, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney said Tuesday.
Mulroney said that more information will be released in Ottawa today in a statement to the House of Commons.
