A Philadelphia television station said it will not take legal action against Sean Penn for allegedly attacking a cameraman before the Mike Tyson-Michael Spinks heavyweight title bout Monday in Atlantic City, N.J.
Penn, an actor with a history of run-ins with photographers, kicked and shoved WCAU-TV cameraman Al Pollock after Penn and his wife, rock star Madonna, had left a prefight celebrity bash at Trump Plaza Hotel, according to Pollock’s account.
