Town Police Chief Slain on House Call; 2 Arrested

CLAREMONT, Minn. — The police chief of this small town in southeastern Minnesota was shot and killed Tuesday and two suspects were captured later in Missouri, authorities said.
Officials said Chief Gregory Lange was shot as he responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Two men from the household were arrested without incident later, about 300 miles away in Clinton County, Mo., the Missouri Highway Patrol reported.
