Bakker’s Parsonage Sold for $685,000 at Auction

FT. MILL, S. C. — The parsonage formerly occupied by PTL ministry founder Jim Bakker and his family has been sold to a New Jersey businessman who bid $685,000 at the World Outreach Center at Heritage USA for the lakeside home. The 10,266-square-foot house, sold Tuesday to Robert M. Rubino, has four bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a 36-foot-long swimming pool, a guardhouse and boat dock.
