Just when you thought it was safe to practice international espionage, that Bond fellow is stepping back into the big screen. United Artists Pictures unveiled two new anti-Bond baddies and a Bond woman Thursday at the St. James Club in West Hollywood. The trio will appear in “License Revoked,” the latest James Bond movie, to be filmed over six months in Key West, Fla., and Mexico, starting July 18. The cast: Timothy Dalton as Bond. His lady? Carey Lowell, also seen in “Downtwisted” and “Dangerously Close.” The baddies? Veteran nasty Robert Davi as a drug czar and model Talisa Soto as femme fatale Lupe Lamora.
