Funeral services for professional golfer Al Demaret, 73, most recently a teaching instructor at Bermuda Dunes Country Club, were held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Palm Desert, with burial at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City. Demaret, the younger brother of golfing Hall of Famer Jimmy Demaret, died Monday in Rancho Mirage.
