Reagan to Meet Icelander

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will meet Prime Minister Thorsteinn Palsson of Iceland on Aug. 10, the White House announced today. They were originally scheduled to meet in May, but Palsson was forced to cancel a visit to Washington because of a budget crisis in his country.
