Aerojet Ordnance Co. has appointed three vice presidents to new positions. Joseph Carleone has been appointed vice president of the newly created warhead division. He joined the company in 1982 and has previously served as chief scientist of warhead technology activities and director of warhead programs. George E. Padgett has been named vice president of the company’s new business development organization. He joined the company in 1986 as vice president-director of advanced systems and technology. K. Allen Gale has been appointed vice president of the sensor-fuzed weapon program. Previously, he was vice president of advanced systems for the company. Tustin-based Aerojet, an operating company of Aerojet General Corp. of La Jolla, produces ordnance, munitions systems, and warhead products for the Department of Defense.
