A Hemet woman hit all six numbers in the weekend Lotto game, winning $11.7 million, lottery officials said. The winning ticket, containing the numbers 10, 31, 17, 42, 49, and 2, was purchased by Lynette Mead, the lottery’s public information office said. Mead will receive $469,600 a year for 20 years, after federal taxes are deducted. Five people picked five of the winning numbers plus the bonus number, 14, each winning $560,250.
