Dershowitz on Lawyers
I think that maybe Dershowitz is being too hard on his profession.
As I read and hear the horribly distorted, intentionally misleading, and patently self-serving statements made by attorneys and by the insurance industry about the automobile insurance propositions on the November ballot, I find that it is difficult to single out the profession of law as having lowest credibility. Actually, it is a tossup whether I place less faith in the integrity of lawyers or insurance salesmen.
