In the wake of a New York state judge’s injunction barring a merger with Warner Communications, Lorimar Telepictures said its annual meeting of stockholders set for Oct. 3 will be adjourned and reconvened on Oct. 17 . . . Pasadena-based Beverly Enterprises Inc. reported that it has provided the necessary funds to the trustee to meet its obligation of about $139 million in zero coupon liquid yield option notes due to be put to the firm today . . . Yamaichi International (America) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Yamaichi Securities Co. of Tokyo, has been designated a primary dealer in U.S. government securities by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York . . .
