Arabs clashed with Israeli soldiers after a march to protest the deaths of two villagers, and at least five Arabs were wounded in scattered unrest in the occupied territories, Palestinian sources said. In the West Bank and Gaza Strip, the latest leaflets by the underground committee directing the 10-month-old Palestinian uprising called on the Palestine Liberation Organization’s parliament-in-exile to declare an independent state under international auspices, state-run Israel Radio reported.
