U.S. Airman Sentenced by Dutch for Killing Wife

UTRECHT, Netherlands — A Dutch court Tuesday sentenced a U.S. Air Force sergeant to six years in prison for killing his wife.
Sgt. Charles Donald Short, 34, of Highwood, Ill., was convicted of murdering his wife, Esin Hasturk, 31, his attorney, Leo Puts, said.
