France, Germany Plan 52nd Joint Summit

PARIS — France and Germany will hold their 52nd joint summit in Bonn on Nov. 3 and 4, French President Francois Mitterrand’s office announced Friday.
Presidential aides gave no details of the agenda for the meeting, though an underlying theme of all Franco-German summits is cooperation in working toward European unity.
