Speaking Out on Orange County Elections : Campaign Mailer on Pollution of Harbor
As a Placentia teacher, Yorba Linda resident and a parent of children who attended Yorba Linda schools, I was disturbed by “letters to the editor” condemning the Placentia merger. There was no mention of what is best for kids, and that is the real issue.
By merging with Placentia, the good teachers and existing programs will still be there for Yorba Linda students, plus many opportunities to implement what is presently in existence.
The only issue here is quality education for our young people. This can be accomplished through the merger of the Yorba Linda and Placentia School districts.
