CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Bill Kovach, who resigned earlier this month as editor of the Atlanta Journal and Constitution newspapers, will join the current class of Nieman Fellows at Harvard University, officials said Friday.
Kovach, 56, will be a fellow as part of the current Nieman class, which concludes its studies in June. The class began earlier this fall. Kovach, the former Washington bureau chief of the New York Times, resigned from the Atlanta newspapers Nov. 4 in a dispute with the newspapers’ management.
