Cover-Up for Racism

Why is it OK to have a San Diego Jack Murphy Stadium but not a San Diego Martin Luther King Jr. Convention Center?

The answers given by the San Diego Convention Center Corp. are simply not believable. They are a cover-up for the real answer: racism. The citizens of San Diego must send a message to the City Council that it should adhere to the recommendation of the King Tribute Committee that it appointed and name the Convention Center after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
