Rudolph E. Lang Jr., 52, has been elected a corporate senior vice president and controller at Litton Industries, Beverly Hills. He succeeds Wayne L. Grosvenor, who will retire in 1989. Lang previously was a corporate vice president. Francis L. Crowley Jr., 57, and Norman L. Roberts, 53, have been elected corporate vice presidents. Both continue as corporate associate general counsel of the technology firm.
