Trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday for Westminster resident Gary A. Skillman, accused of burning a cross on the front lawn of a neighboring black family last summer. Skillman, 23, was indicted in October on three charges, two involving civil rights charges and one involving use of fire in a felony.
