List of U.S. Military Bases Targeted in Cutbacks

WASHINGTON —  Here is a list of military bases a government panel recommended today should be closed, not constructed or combined with other bases in order to save the Defense Department $5.6 billion over 20 years--followed by a list of installations to have significant increases in personnel due to base consolidations:
