Ken Kerins has been named vice president of operations for Toshiba America Inc.’s information systems division in Irvine. Previously he was director of operations. Before joining Toshiba, Kerins was director of purchasing and administration at Penwalt Corp., Westminster, and director of operations for Purex Corp. in Carson.
