MINORITY BUSINESSES

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, which boasts more than 250 members, has named a new board of directors for 1989. The new executives are: Frank Lopez, president; Al Amezcua, vice president; Arturo Franz, secretary; David Scarbrough, treasurer, and Fred Munoz, immediate past president.
The chamber’s mission is to promote and strengthen the economic growth of Latino businesses in Orange County. It is based in Santa Ana.
