In another development, sports therapist Jack Scott said that Johnson was a “pharmaceutical testing ground,” alleging that the sprinter was pumped with steroids without his direct knowledge before the Olympics by Astaphan.
Scott’s role in Johnson’s training for the Olympics is detailed in the April issue of Runner’s World magazine.
Scott said he was appalled by the “disloyalty” shown by Astaphan.
