Scott’s Seafood Grill & Bar is coming to Orange County.
By June, the San Francisco-based restaurant chain should be serving patrons at Town Center, the office complex across Bristol Street from South Coast Plaza.
Scott’s recently bought the 15,000-square-foot parcel formerly occupied by Cafe Casino, said Stanley Taeger, director of office property management for South Coast Plaza.
Cafe Casino “sold several of their locations” and has been closed in Orange County since January, according to Taeger.
Scott’s specializes in fresh seafood. The restaurant will include an oyster bar, pasta dishes and pizza, and an “exhibition kitchen” so patrons can watch food being prepared.
