Resorts International Inc.: The North Miami, Fla.-based owner, developer and operator of hotel and casino operations reported a loss of $381 million for 1988, contrasted with a profit of $10 million the previous year. Revenue held steady at $456 million. The firm attributed the results to a loss of $336 million from the sale of the Taj Mahal Hotel and the payment of a fee related to the termination of a services agreement.
