Commercial Scene : El Torito Rents Space for Yorba Linda Unit
Irvine-based El Torito Restaurants Inc. has signed a 20-year, $3.7-million lease for 8,000 square feet of restaurant space under construction in Yorba Linda’s SAVI Ranch Business Park.
The restaurant, at 22699 Oakcrest Circle, will open by the end of June. Mert Wallen Commercial Real Estate of Beverly Hills represented El Torito. The Anaheim office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented the business park’s developer, SAVI Ranch Associates.
