WORLD : Hanoi to Return Remains of MIAs

BANGKOK, Thailand — Vietnam said today it will return 21 sets of remains Thursday that it believes may be the remains of Americans missing from the Vietnam War.
A U.S. military team is to pick up the remains in a ceremony at Hanoi airport, then fly them to army laboratories in Honolulu for analysis and identification.
Ten U.S. military specialists have been in Vietnam since April 12 working with Vietnamese counterparts in the fifth joint field investigation on MIAs.
