Belgian rider Eddy Planckaert won the fifth leg of the 44th Tour of Spain cycling race at Bejar, but Roland Leclercq of France remains the overall leader.
Planckaert was clocked in 5 hours 26 minutes 13 seconds for the 153-mile stretch from La Baneza, for an average speed of 45.429 kilometers an hour.
Leclercq crossed the finish line in the same time as the winner to keep the overall leadership in the 22-day, 2,266-mile race.
