Three Softball Players Commit to Fullerton
Three softball players have signed national letters of intent to attend Cal State Fullerton in the fall, the school announced Friday.
Pitcher Kristin Jacobs of Fullerton College, third baseman Charlotte Wiley of Contra Costa College, and Japanese pitcher Miho Sasamoto have all committed to the school.
Jacobs is 25-7 this season and helped Fullerton to the Orange Empire Conference title. Wiley played softball at Contra Costa in 1987 and 1988 and sat out this season to improve her grades.
Sasamoto pitcher her high school team to the Japan championship in 1987 and 1988.
