Blaming Appraisers
Mr. Bruss, give the public some facts. How many of the recent savings and loan and bank failures were caused by bad appraisals? I do not deny that there are bad appraisers who do not do their homework. But there also are newspaper writers that bury their heads in the sand rather than being objective.
